Reflect & Reset: Your Weekly Progress Check-In

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to jump into a new week without pausing to reflect. But taking time to acknowledge your progress—no matter how small—helps you stay grounded and intentional. Let’s check-in, reset, and move forward with clarity.

Step 1: Celebrate Your Progress

Before thinking about what’s next, take a moment to recognize what you’ve already accomplished.

Reflection Exercise:

  • Grab a journal or sit in stillness.

  • Write down (or mentally note) three things you accomplished this week.

  • Reflect on one challenge you faced and what it taught you.

  • Identify one small step you took toward a personal, professional, or spiritual goal.

Every bit of progress matters. Growth isn’t always loud; sometimes, it’s found in the quiet shifts within.

Step 2: Realign with Intention

It’s easy to get caught up in stress, but you can reset your mindset at any time.

Affirmation to Repeat:

“Today, I choose peace over stress, purpose over fear, and trust over doubt. I am exactly where I need to be.”

Take a deep breath. Say it out loud. Let it settle in.

Step 3: Anchor Yourself in Truth

No matter how uncertain things feel, God’s plan is unfolding.

Scripture for Encouragement:

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11

Even when things feel uncertain, trust that God is working behind the scenes. Stay the course, even when you can’t see the full picture yet.

Step 4: Set a Small Intention for the Week Ahead

Instead of overwhelming yourself with a long to-do list, focus on one clear intention for the week ahead.

Exercise:

  • Write down one habit you want to be more mindful of (e.g., being more present, speaking kindly to yourself, spending more time in prayer).

  • Note one small action you can take to align with that intention.

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. You are moving forward, even in the still moments. Keep trusting, keep growing, and walk into the week with confidence.
